1. **Deposit and Payment Terms**
   - A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total service cost is required to secure each job, unless otherwise specified. This deposit must be paid in advance of the scheduled job start date. 
   - The balance of the invoice is due within 7 days of the invoice issue date. Failure to meet this payment deadline may result in delays or cancellation of the delivery of final products. Outstanding invoices will incur interest at 4% above BoE base rate, from the first day following due date.
   - All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the invoice, via the payment methods accepted by Keough Video Productions.

2. **Pricing and Quotations**
   - Pricing for each job is specific and will vary based on the project's scope, complexity, duration, and other relevant factors. While we can provide ballpark figures upon initial consultation, a final quote will be provided once full details of the job are known.
   - Any changes to the project scope or additional requests made after the final quotation may result in adjustments to the final price. Clients will be notified before the additional work proceeds.

3. **Watermarked Previews and Final Deliverables**
   - Prior to full payment, clients will be provided with watermarked previews of photos and videos captured for their project. This allows clients to review the work and ensure it meets their expectations.
   - Upon receipt of full payment, watermarks will be removed, and clients will be granted access to all footage and imagery as described in the job agreement, without any restrictions. Copyright will be retained by KVP, until all outstanding monies are settled by client, after which full Copyright will be assigned to the Client.

4. **Revisits and Rework**
   - Any requests for revisions, rework, or additional site visits after the initial job completion will incur an additional cost. This includes revisits to the site, which will be charged at our standard rates for another visit.
   - The terms for revisions, rework, and additional site visits will be outlined in the initial job quote and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.

5. **Use of Work for Promotion*
   - Keough Video Productions reserves the right to use any footage and images captured during the project for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless specifically requested otherwise by the client. The Client agrees to credit KVP as videographer/photographer in all Social Media and Standard Media content, in which KVP produced imagery is used

6. **Cancellation Policy**
   - Clients may cancel their project according to the terms outlined in the project quote. Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and additional cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

7. **Travel**

  - Travel and expenditure required in the day to day management and implementation of each project will be charged in addition to the project fee. This includes, but not limited to; travel to and from site @ a rate of 50p per mile, parking costs, any mapping or licences required. All charges will be detailed to the client prior to outlay.
